I can't remember ... I can't remember which one it was (it had a black book as the intro) but after I watched that, and it's sequel for about 5 days I wasn't really hungry. I ate less, focused more on when i was hungry and not and I lost a few pounds.? Very strange for me, who's never been able to control it. so, I'm back for more, since it's starting to wane. :)
